Registration Confirmation:
All Media and Exhibitors registering online with a credit card will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation. All Media and Exhibitors paying with a wire transfer or check will receive an e-mail confirmation as soon as payment is received. If you do NOT receive an e-mail confirmation, please contact NATJA to ensure your registration has been processed.
Final Conference details and itineraries will be mailed out to each participant after the April 15, 2005 deadline. Changes can be made by contacting NATJA directly BEFORE April 1, 2005.
All participants need to pay in full before a room is reserved for them at the NATJA 2005 Conference.
Deadlines:
All participants must register and have paid the registration fee, as well as annual dues, in full by April 1, 2005.
Cancellations:
Individuals canceling on or before March 15, 2005 will be entitled to a full refund. Cancellations received after March 15, 2005 will be subject to a $150 service fee. NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations after April 1, 2005.
