All day Arrival at Albuquerque Sunport - Transfer by dedicated coach to Santa Fe host hotels. Coaches depart from the airport at Noon, 2:15 and 4:30.
4-6:00PM Opening Night Cocktail Party-Eldorado
6:00 PM Shuttles from Hotel Santa Fe begin pickup for transport to reception
6:15 PM Welcome reception with Santa Fe city and industry leaders - Eldorado Hotel
Opening Ceremony Mayor of Santa Fe, Celebrity Speaker Sally Jessy Raphael
7:00 PM Dinner and entertainment
7:45 PM Shuttles start back to Hotel Santa Fe

Monday May 16th
7:45 AM Shuttle to breakfast from Eldorado and Hilton - 2 bus runs
8:00 AM Breakfast - Hotel Santa Fe
8:30 AM Keynote Speaker - Garland Pollard, Editor of Virginia Living
9:15 AM Morning seminars begin at Hotel Santa Fe
9:30 -10:45 FIRST SESSION
10:45-11:00 Break
11:00-12:15 SECOND SESSION
12:15 AM Shuttles run between Hotel Santa Fe and Eldorado/Hilton
12:15 PM Pick up boxed lunches at Hotel Santa Fe and prepare for tours
12:45 PM Tours depart from Hotel Santa Fe
5:00 PM Tours end for the day
7:00 PM Dinner - Dine Around - Transportation begins to circulate from hotels and restaurants. Meet at administration table at each hotel

Tuesday, May 17th
7:45 AM Shuttle to breakfast from Hotel Santa Fe - 2 bus runs
8:00 AM Breakfast - Eldorado
9:15 AM FIRST SESSION
10:30 AM Marketplace - at Eldorado Hotel
Pick up boxed lunches during marketplace
1:45 PM Marketplace Ends - circulating shuttle to Hotel Santa Fe until 2:00
2:00 PM Tours depart from Eldorado
6:00 PM Tours end for the day
6:15 PM Photography Seminar (with panel)
7:30 PM Buses pick up at hotels for Farewell Dinner
7:45 PM Farewell Dinner - Gerald Peters Gallery
Closing Ceremony at end of dinner

Wednesday, May 18th
9:00 AM Breakfast at hotels
All day Shuttles depart for Albuquerque Sunport all day
AM Post trip participants leave for destinations
