All events at the 2010 Annual Conference are considered business casual. The Conference name tag must be worn at all times to obtain entry into Conference events. Please wear sensible shoes on day tours. Tours that involve more activity will have a "what to bring" list that may include more casual attire.

Dine-Around

You will pick up your dine-around tickets at Wednesday's cocktail reception. Reservations should be made at the restaurant, once you arrive at the Hotel. Some restaurants may fill up quickly so early reservations are advised.

You are responsible for all personal charges: all incidentals, personal bar, spa or restaurant tabs, business center charges or any extra hotel service charges. If you do not bring cash, there are ATMs located in the Host Hotels.

The following tipping is strongly suggested:

  • $1 per bag for baggage handling in hotels.
  • $10 per person per day for pre and post trip guides
  • Please tip appropriately at the dine-around. 15% to 20% is acceptable.
