Media Application

Media Member dues are $150 per year, plus a one-time $25 administration fee. Dues are billed annually from the initial date and month of membership and must be paid in US equivalency.

Associate Application

Associate Member dues are $500 per year. By joining, you will have immediate access to NATJA's media members and services.

Requirements for Membership

Media: Membership in NATJA is open to those who meet its professional requirements. Membership is a professional honor:

  1. An applicant must be a legitimate, working, professional writer, photographer, or editor in the travel, food, wine, or hospitality industries.
  2. Journalists are required to submit 10 clips or broadcast tapes from within the last 12-month period. Staff writers/editors of a publication automatically qualify.
  3. An applicant must adhere to the Mission and Values of NATJA in their professional endeavors.
  4. An application fee of $25 will be charged, which shall be non-refundable.
  5. Dues are $150. Dues will be billed annually.

Associates: Membership in NATJA is open to all travel industry professionals. Current NATJA Associates include convention & visitors bureaus, hotels and resorts, airlines, restaurants, food industry and growers associations, wineries and wine associations, PR agencies, and marketing and public relations professionals.
