Biography
Amy Rosen is an award-winning journalist, author and photographer who covers everything from food and travel to style and health for many publications, among them Food & Wine, Conde Nast Traveler, the ROBB Report, Fodor's, Maclean's, Chatelaine, and the Globe & Mail and National Post newspapers (as well as their subsidiary papers). She is a contributing editor at enRoute magazine, for which she ate her way across Canada, twice. She is the author of three books including "SPAtopia: Unique spa treatments from around the globe", and she recently updated the Where to Eat section of "Fodor's Toronto 2008".
