What’s Included with Registration

Marketplace and Networking​

Meet 1-on-1 with print journalists, bloggers, photographers, videographers, and more from across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

Marketing & Networking

You will receive a 10’x10′ space with tables and chairs to exhibit at our Marketplace. The Marketplace is the only event scheduled for media Thursday morning. Appointments are not scheduled, allowing you the flexibility to meet with media attendees for as long as you like.

Hotel & Meals

Conference registration includes 3-nights accommodations at the Sheraton Puerto Rico Hotel & Casino and meals.

Hotel & Meals

NATJA coordinates hotel reservations on your behalf. Additionally, meals are included with registration, beginning with the opening luncheon on May 3rd and ending with breakfast on Friday, May 6th.

NATJA prides itself in providing informative and relevant professional development workshops for CVBs/DMOs at our annual conference.

From sessions such as the Editors Panel to topics such as Crisis Communications, our professional development aims to provide our attendees with tools that will help them make their destination stand out.

All conference attendees are invited to participate in the planned afternoon tours in and around San Juan at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy​

Individuals may cancel by February 28th, 2022 to receive a full refund. No registration fees will be returned after February 28, 2022. If you are no longer able to attend the NATJA Conference & Marketplace, please contact the NATJA office immediately by email at conference@natja.org or call (626) 376-9754.
