    Please enter your information or the information of the person who will be attending the conference.

  • Dietary Restrictions & Allergies

    Enter your dietary restrictions (i.e. vegetarian, vegan, etc.) and any known allergies, including food and environmental. NATJA will share this information with Discover Puerto Rico and the Sheraton Puerto Rico on your behalf so that they and their partners can properly accommodate your needs.

  • Emergency Contact

    Provide the name and contact information of a person that NATJA and Discover Puerto Rico may communicate with on your behalf in the event of an emergency.

  • Hotel Accommodations

  • Conference registration with Hotel
    Full conference registration includes a 3-night hotel stay at the Sheraton Puerto Rico, for the nights of May 3rd, May 4th, and May 5th, at a special conference-only rate. In addition to the 3 nights, a limited number of rooms are available for reservation on Monday, May 2nd for an additional cost.

  • Please enter your anticipated check-in date. As we get closer to the conference, we will confirm your final check-in date. If you need to add the night of May 2nd to your hotel reservation, the Sheraton Puerto Rico is providing a special rate of $205 per night.
  • Please enter your anticipated check-out date. As we get closer to the conference, we will confirm your final check-out date. If you need to add extra nights after the conference to your hotel reservation, the Sheraton Puerto Rico is providing a special rate of $205 per night.

  • Registration

    Select one of the following registration options.
  • Single Payment
    With the Single Payment option, your credit card will be charged for your conference registration upon submitting this form.
  • Monthly Payment Plan
    With the Monthly Payment Plan option, your conference registration will be divided in equal monthly payments between the month when you register through April 2022. A credit card is required to subscribe to the payment plan. Your credit card will be charged the first conference registration payment upon submitting this form. By selecting this option, you agree to have NATJA automatically charge your card the recurring payment until your conference registration is paid in full. If your card is declined at any point during the payment plan period, NATJA will make every effort to contact you and assist you in updating your credit card on file. Failure to maintain your plan in good standing could forfeit your registration for the conference.

  • Additional Hotel Night

    If you need to arrive a day ahead of the conference, you can add the extra room night here. The additional night is $205 USD and can be paid all at once or added to your monthly payment plan.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Individuals may cancel by February 28, 2022 to receive a full refund. Registration fees will not be returned after February 28, 2022. If you are no longer able to attend the NATJA Conference & Marketplace, please contact the NATJA office immediately by email at conference@natja.org or call (626) 376-9754.

  • Health & Safety Protocols

    All attendees will be required to follow Puerto Rico's health and safety protocols from time of arrival to departure. By registering for the NATJA Conference in Puerto Rico, you are agreeing to abide by all health and safety regulations enacted by the local government, the Sheraton Puerto Rico, as well as the individual establishments that attendees will patronize.
