Option 1: Full Payment
With the Full Payment option, your credit card will be charged for your guest’s conference registration upon submitting this form.

Option 2: Monthly Payment Plan
With the Monthly Payment Plan option, your guest’s conference registration will be divided into equal monthly payments between the month when you register through May 15, 2025. A credit card is required to subscribe to the payment plan. Your credit card will be charged the first payment upon submitting this form. By selecting this option, you agree to have NATJA automatically charge your card the recurring payment until your guest’s conference registration is paid in full. If your card is declined at any point during the payment plan period, NATJA will make every effort to contact you and assist you in updating your credit card on file. Failure to maintain your plan in good standing could forfeit your guest’s registration for the conference.

NATJA Conference & Marketplace: WAIVER

This portion to be read and signed by the guest who will be attending the NATJA Conference.

WAIVER: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING.

In consideration of the acceptance of my registration for the NATJA Conference, I, and my spouse, family and heirs, executors and administrators, and anyone claiming through and of us, release and forever discharge Travel Professional, Inc. dba North American Travel Journalists Association, and all sponsors, producers, their agents, representatives, successors and assigns of and from all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses which I may now, or in the future, have against them arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in the 2025 NATJA Conference and Marketplace (the “NATJA Conference”) to be held in Palm Springs, California, and various other locations in and around Palm Springs (the “Event”), including travel to or from the Event, and including injuries which may be suffered by me before, during or after the Event. I understand that this waiver includes any claims based on negligence, action, or inaction of any of the above parties.

Cancellation Policy

Guest registrations may be canceled up to April 15, 2025 to receive a full refund, minus a 3% transaction fee. Registration fees will not be returned after April 15, 2025. If your guest is no longer able to attend the NATJA Conference, please contact the NATJA office immediately by email at conference@natja.org or call (626) 376-9754.

Cancellation Policy Agreement(Required)

I have read the cancellation policy and understand that I need to notify NATJA on or before April 15, 2025 to cancel my guest’s registration. I understand that if I need to cancel after April 15, 2025 that I will not receive a full refund of my guest’s registration fee.
