3-Night Stay at the Wyndham Riverfront Little Rock

The 2026 NATJA Conference & Marketplace will be a 3-day event in North Little Rock, Arkansas, a premier destination filled with story opportunities!

Situated on the picturesque Arkansas River in the heart of downtown, the Wyndham Riverfront Little Rock caters to both business and leisure travelers. From the moment you arrive, you’ll appreciate the personal service and thoughtful amenities that pervade the property.

Registration includes accommodations the nights of May 12, 13, and 14 at the Wyndham Riverfront Little Rock. You will have an opportunity to extend your stay either before or after the conference.

NATJA coordinates hotel reservations on your behalf so that you don't have to worry!

Professional Development Sessions

NATJA prides itself in providing informative and relevant professional development workshops for media at our annual conference.

From the popular Editors Panel, to tips and tricks for photography and video, to learning about the latest in social media marketing, we provide our attendees with tools that will help them make their journalism stand out.

Marketplace and Networking

Looking to network with destinations, editors and fellow media? The NATJA Conference is the place to be! You will have many chances to interact with DMOs and editors throughout the conference. The Marketplace allows you to meet 1-on-1 with destination marketing representatives from across North America.

Afternoon Tours

All conference attendees are invited to participate in the planned afternoon tours in and around North Little Rock at no additional cost. Attendees will have several choices and opportunities to learn all the area has to offer.

Meals

From the coffee mixer on day 1 to breakfast right before you depart, your meals are included with your conference registration. You will have an opportunity to savor food and drinks from some of the best local eateries and distilleries.

Press Trip Opportunity

See more of what Arkansas has to offer by taking a pre or post-conference press trip! North Little Rock has put together a variety of trips that will allow journalists to truly take in The Natural State. Registered media attendees will be invited to apply to participate in a pre or post-conference press trip.

Airport Transfers

The Wyndham Riverfront Little Rock will provide shuttle service for attendees flying into or out of Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport (LIT).

Monthly Payment Plan Option

NATJA offers a monthly payment plan for the conference, allowing you to split your conference registration into equal monthly payments. Payment plan participants must have their registration paid in full no later than April 15, 2026 to guarantee hotel room accommodations and conference participation. Couples Registration

Couples registration is available for media members who are spouses/partners and are sharing a hotel room at the NATJA Conference. Each person must be an active media member of NATJA, with their own individual account, in order to register using this option. Spouses/partners are required to complete a registration form per person under their own NATJA accounts.

  • Couples Media Members: $699USD (per person), which includes a 3-night stay at Wyndham Riverfront Little Rock in a shared room. This option requires registration from you and your spouse (on a separate form), with whom you will share the room.
 

You will be able to select Couples Registration from the Media Members Registration options.

Do not use the Couples Registration option to register a non-media guest. Guest registration will be available at a later date.

Guest Registration

Interested in bringing a spouse or adult family member to the conference? You will have the option to register a non-media/non-DMO guest who may participate in the afternoon tours and evening activities. Registration for guests is now open.

Cancellation Policy

Individuals may cancel by March 31, 2026, to receive a refund. Upon cancellation, a 3.5% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refund for all monies paid.

Registration fees will not be returned on or after March 31, 2026.
