Day Spas Offer a Personalized Wellness Experience in Sedona
City's Unique Services Praised for Prestige and Individuality

Sedona is widely celebrated as a luxury escape, with a sizable selection of resorts and spa centers that will cater to every need. Day spas are a specific niche community within Sedona that sees particular interest from visitors and locals alike. Its unique offerings, tucked in West Sedona away from the bustling tourism and service of resorts, offers guests an affordable price range, free from resort fees and exclusive packages to cater to individual experiences.

Day spas are unique from resort spas, as they provide a variety of services for personal care in addition to exclusive and one-of-a-kind experiences and facilities. Several local locations offer these to visitors, in addition to on-site Jacuzzis, off-site guided retreats and more. Places renowned by residents and visitors include A Spa for You: Sedona Day Spa, Sedona's New Day Spa and NAMTI, which offer services ranging from indigenous desert treatments to even 24-karat gold facials.

A Spa for You: Sedona Day Spa

A Spa for You: Sedona Day Spa is a boutique site offering individualized signature massages, spa treatments, body wraps and Japanese facial massages to rekindle, nurture and balance the natural healing rhythms of the body. Licensed, experienced massage therapists, organic skin care products, pure essential oils, world-class modalities and superior healing therapies are brought together with one intent: to relax, restore and rejuvenate.

One of the most exclusive offerings in Sedona is the spa's "Sedona Touch of Gold." This ultimate anti-aging, head-to-toe nurturing journey begins with a personally focused massage to relax and balance the outer being. The treatment then flows into its signature Japanese facial massage with the addition of pure 24 karat gold leafing over the eyes, mouth and nose for special hydration and skin shimmer.

Sedona's New Day Spa

Sedona's New Day Spa is a newly remodeled, full-service spa with the utmost in personal care. The location offers guests an opportunity to rejuvenate in a relaxed atmosphere, receiving attentive individual service and world-class treatments. In addition, the spa also hosts a complete range of innovative services from massage to original Desert Treatments and Soul Journeys, as well as facials and nail services.

Sedona's New Day Spa specializes in Desert Nature Body Treatments, which are rich in southwestern botanicals for restorative healing treatments. Its "Turquoise Sage Mountain Arnica" is a deep healing massage that starts with a full-body massage of turquoise sage arnica body butter and concludes with a dry body wrap to maximize the hydration restoration.

NAMTI Spa

NAMTI Spa has provided massage therapy, facial treatments and advanced skin, acupuncture and Ayurveda in Sedona since 2000. The day spa has emerged from its origins as one of the country's leading schools and treatment centers for therapeutic massage and bodywork. With accreditations and endorsements from a variety of state, national and international organizations, NAMTI Spa now offers the best of Eastern and Western practices, as well as ancient and modern therapies of the world.

One such treatment in particular is its "Shirodhara." This treatment involves the consistent flow of specially herbed oil on the forehead, specifically on the "third eye chakra," between the brows. As the oil flows onto the forehead, the vibration helps balance the brain centers, improving mental clarity and focus.
