Dine Around Options

Open to all registered attendees

At NATJA, we believe one of the highlights of every trip should be the food because that’s simply the best way to immerse yourself in a destination’s culture.

On the second night of our NATJA Conference, Wednesday, May 17th, Explore Fairbanks has arranged a “Dine Around” in which all attendees will get the chance to choose one out of four local restaurants to dine in.

Follow along for each restaurant’s description and start thinking of your top choice. There is something for everyone!

Signups for the dine around will begin soon.

The Pump House Restaurant and Saloon

Are you an oyster fan? Although The Pump House offers a wide selection of Alaskan seafood, aged certified angus beef, and a premium wine list, it is also famously known for housing “The World’s Most Northern Oyster Bar.” Also, a big perk of this place: it overlooks the Chena River and is probably the most scenic place to eat in Fairbanks.

The Pump House will provide a pre-set menu. See below for options.

Thai food has a special place in Alaskan culture and at Lemongrass, the Navichi family offers an extensive menu made from the freshest Alaska grown ingredients. To get the most flavorful fusion of Alaskan and Thai food, they recommend you accompany any of their dishes with their wild caught Alaskan halibut or scallops.
