“We wanted to offer a variety of musical genres as well as show off some of our well-loved Arkansas musicians,” Warden said. “A Year & A Day is a classic-style rock; The Rodney Block Collective is a quartet that plays a variety, and The Gravel Yard is more of a bluegrass.”

The Argenta Plaza Summer Music Series kicks off June 19 with the local band, A Year & A Day, known for classic-style rock in the tradition of bands like Pink Floyd, Yes and Jefferson Starship. The June concert also coincides with outdoor dining on Main Street and other third weekend in Argenta events. Completed in late 2019, Argenta Plaza is a community space owned by the City of North Little Rock and managed by the North Little Rock CVB that has been the catalyst for more than $50 million in economic development in downtown North Little Rock.
