Dear Friends,

This is a special month where we celebrate Black History Month and Valentine’s Day. How appropriate that our conference will be in Galveston, the birthplace of Juneteenth, which was when the last slaves in Texas were emancipated, thus officially ending slavery in the United States. Now a federal holiday, Juneteenth is celebrated every year on June 19th. We remind everyone during this month the importance of this celebration.

Valentine’s Day is a day where we express our love and appreciation to those who are dear to us. NATJA wishes all our members a wonderful day and know that we have the utmost esteem for each of you! Thank you for your trust and support.

We have exciting news to share. Please join me in welcoming our newest members to the NATJA Advisory Board!
