The 73rd Annual Camdenton Dogwood Festival takes place throughout the City of Camdenton, Thursday,

April 25 through Saturday, April 27 set against the colorful background of springtime in the Ozarks.

The longest running spring festival in Missouri, the Dogwood Festival brings in roughly 10,000 people from around the Midwest to enjoy the beautiful scenery comprised of the soft whites and pinks of the blooming dogwoods and deeper purples of redbuds, plus the different activities and events that take place over the long festival weekend.

The 2024 Dogwood Festival gets underway the evening of Thursday, April 25 with the opening of the carnival area, located at the Camdenton Middle School. Throughout the weekend, there will be additional activities at the middle school, such as live musical entertainment, dance performances and a variety of food and craft vendors.

Other highlights of the Dogwood Festival include a pancake breakfast, garage sales, the Dogwood Festival parade, dinner theater productions and more live music on the Main Stage in downtown Camdenton.
