Catalina Island Marathon, 10K, 5K

Catalina Museum’s Happy Hour and Ann Weber’s Sculpture Opening Night Reception

On March 23 at 6:00 p.m., attend the Opening Reception of “26 Miles” by artist Ann Weber to explore monumental sculptures made from repurposed cardboard, serving as metaphors for memory, nature, and the human spirit. Kite Festival

37th Annual Silent Film Showcase at the Catalina Museum

  • This Opening Night screening of Alfred Hitchcock’s final silent film, “Blackmail,” marks one of the world’s longest-running celebrations of silent cinema. Hosted by the Catalina Museum for Art & History, the film screening will take place under the stars in the museum’s Ackerman Family Amphitheater and feature live musical accompaniment by composer Michael Mortilla and presentation by silent film expert Randy Haberkamp.
