Organization Registration Options

DMO/CVB registration for the NATJA Conference has the following options:

• DMO/CVB Registration: $1,599USD for Members and $2,099 for Non-Members, which includes a 3-night stay at Wyndham Riverfront Little Rock in a non-shared room.

• Business Colleague: $799USD, which includes a 3-night stay at Wyndham Riverfront Little Rock in a non-shared room. This option is available for a DMO/CVB that would like to send an additional representative to the conference. A DMO/CVB Registration listed above is required. Both individuals must represent the same DMO/CVB. Do not use this option to register a non-business/non-media guest. Guest registration will be available at a later date.

The NATJA team will be making reservations for you at Wyndham Riverfront Little Rock, our host hotel for the 2026 NATJA Conference. Your registration includes 3-nights accommodations for the nights of May 12th, May 13th, and May 14th.

In consideration of the acceptance of my registration for the NATJA Conference, I, and my spouse, family and heirs, executors and administrators, and anyone claiming through and of us, release and forever discharge Travel Professional, Inc. dba North American Travel Journalists Association, and all sponsors, producers, their agents, representatives, successors and assigns of and from all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses which I may now, or in the future, have against them arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in the 2026 NATJA Conference and Marketplace (the “NATJA Conference”) to be held in North Little Rock, Arkansas, and various other locations in and around North Little Rock (the “Event”), including travel to or from the Event, and including injuries which may be suffered by me before, during or after the Event. I understand that this waiver includes any claims based on negligence, action, or inaction of any of the above parties.

Cancellation Policy

Individuals may cancel by March 31, 2026 to receive a refund. Upon cancellation, a 3.5% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refund for all monies paid via credit card for the conference, including additional nights.

Registration fees will not be returned on or after April 1, 2026.

If you are no longer able to attend the NATJA Conference & Marketplace, please contact the NATJA office immediately by email at conference@natja.org or call (626) 376-9754.

Cancellation Policy Agreement(Required)
