June 1: Letter from NATJA CEO

Where do I begin? Just as many of our destinations were beginning to emerge from some of the darkest weeks we have experienced in our lifetimes, we have been catapulted into another type of darkness, one rooted in centuries of institutionalized racial discrimination.

An Important Message from NATJA CEO, Helen Hernandez

Dear NATJA Family & Friends:

Based on the impact of the Covid-19 virus and the recommendations of governmental authorities, including Puerto Rico Gov. Wanda Vázquez’ curfew and meeting lockdown requirements, Discover Puerto Rico and NATJA’s executive leadership have together decided to postpone our Annual Conference & Marketplace until later this year, or another future date to be determined considering the health and safety of our members and other participants.
