May 16: Message from NATJA's CEO
As states start to open up for business once again, we begin to better assess what our new normal will look like and the effects of it on travel and tourism.

Dear NATJA Family & Friends:

As states start to open up for business once again, we begin to better assess what our new normal will look like and the effects of it on travel and tourism. For many travelers, concerns and anxiety for our health and safety abound. For destinations, it’s a combination of wanting travelers to return, but leveraging that sentiment with concern for the wellbeing of their communities and visitors alike. It is a difficult road to navigate, and we want you to know that NATJA is right there with you.

From our calls with our Advisory Board members to our Virtual Discussions with DMO members to the virtual conference and marketplace we hope to share with you in the near future, we are working on providing you with the tools and guidance to emerge from this crisis, not the same as before, but stronger and more resilient.

In the meantime, please take care and remember to practice social distancing, wear your mask, and wash your hands.

Warm regards,

Helen Hernandez
Chief Executive Officer
