What’s Included with Registration

Networking

Network and build relationships with travel media and editors from across the U.S. and Canada. You can interact with media attendees throughout the conference activities, such as receptions and meal events, afternoon tours, and professional development sessions.

Professional Development

Marketplace

Meet 1-on-1 with media attendees at the Exhibitor Marketplace. You will receive a 10’x10′ space with tables and chairs to exhibit at our Marketplace. The Marketplace is the only event scheduled for media Thursday morning, allowing them the opportunity to focus on meeting you!

Hotel and Meals

Conference registration includes 3-nights accommodations at the Moody Gardens Hotel Spa and Convention Center. NATJA coordinates hotel reservations on your behalf. Additionally, meals are included with your registration, beginning with the afternoon of the first day and ending with breakfast on the last day.

Afternoon Tours

All conference attendees are invited to participate in the planned afternoon tours in and around Galveston Island at no additional cost. Attendees will have several choices and opportunities to learn all that Galveston has to offer!

Airport Transfers

Visit Galveston will coordinate airport transfers for attendees flying into or out of Houston Hobby Airport (HOU). Please note that if you fly into George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), you may need to make your own transfer arrangements.

Business Colleague Registration

Do you have more than one representative that will attend? Business colleagues from the same DMO are welcome to join you! The Business Colleague Registration includes all of the same perks as regular registration, with a shared booth at the Marketplace, at a lower registration rate. The colleague must be accompanying another representative from the same DMO who had registered at the full conference rate.

Guest Registration

Spouse, partner, or guest that is not media or a business colleague

  • Applicable to a spouse, partner, or guest that is not media or a business colleague
  • Guest will have the opportunity to participate in afternoon tours, evening activities, and the daytrip to Denali
  • Airport transfers to and from the hotel.
  • Shared accommodations with Main Registrant

Guest Registration

Interested in bringing a spouse or adult family member to the conference? You will have the option to register a non-media/non-DMO guest who may be able to participate in the afternoon tours and evening activities. More information will be available at a later day.

Cancellation Policy​

Individuals may cancel by March 15, 2024 to receive a refund. Registrations paid by credit card are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee that will be deducted from the refund for all monies paid via credit card. 

Registration fees will not be returned on or after March 16, 2024.
