North American Travel Journalists Association (“NATJA”) Release of All Claims and Liabilities
By applying, you understand, agree and acknowledge that all pre-conference and post-conference trips (the “Trips”) are designed, sponsored and run exclusively by outside organizations and that NATJA has no input, management or control regarding such Trips. You further understand and agree that if you elect to participate in any such Trip, you are participating based solely on your own research and decision, you hereby assume responsibility for your own well-being and safety on any such Trip, and by applying, you WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE NATJA and all its owners, officers, and employees from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the sponsoring entities or persons released, for your death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, losses or other consequences of any kind which may hereafter occur during or due to participation in any such Trip.
