Conference Registration for DMO

Instructions: Please submit one registration form per person.

Option 1: Single Payment
With the Single Payment option, your credit card will be charged for your conference registration upon submitting this form. You can also request an invoice for the Single Payment option.

Option 2: Monthly Payment Plan
With the Monthly Payment Plan option, your conference registration will be divided into equal monthly payments between the month when you register through April 2023. A credit card is required to subscribe to the payment plan. Your credit card will be charged the first conference registration payment upon submitting this form. By selecting this option, you agree to have NATJA automatically charge your card the recurring payment until your conference registration is paid in full. If your card is declined at any point during the payment plan period, NATJA will make every effort to contact you and assist you in updating your credit card on file. Failure to maintain your plan in good standing could forfeit your registration for the conference.

Conference Registration: Monthly Payment Plan Your Conference Registration fee of $1,699USD will be divided into equal monthly payments between now and April 30, 2023. See below for your monthly payment.

The NATJA team will be making reservations for you at The Westmark Hotel in Fairbanks, our host hotel for the 2023 NATJA Conference. Your registration includes 4-nights accommodations, from May 16th to May 20th. You can extend your stay at the Westmark at the special NATJA Conference rate of $150 per night, inclusive of taxes, from Saturday, May 13th to Tuesday, May 16th and from Saturday, May 20th to Monday, May 22nd. To add extra nights to your stay, change your check-in and check-out dates below.

Your total for the extra nights will be divided into equal payments and added to your monthly payment plan. The amount below will be added to your conference registration monthly payment plan.

WAIVER: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING.

In consideration of the acceptance of my registration for the NATJA Conference, I, and my spouse, family and heirs, executors and administrators, and anyone claiming through and of us, release and forever discharge Travel Professional, Inc. dba North American Travel Journalists Association, and all sponsors, producers, their agents, representatives, successors and assigns of and from all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses which I may now, or in the future, have against them arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in the 2023 NATJA Conference and Marketplace (the “NATJA Conference”) to be held in Fairbanks, Alaska, and various other locations in and around Fairbanks (the “Event”), including travel to or from the Event, and including injuries which may be suffered by me before, during or after the Event. I understand that this waiver includes any claims based on negligence, action, or inaction of any of the above parties.

Individuals may cancel by March 31, 2023 to receive a refund. Upon cancellation, a 3% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refund for all monies paid.

Registration fees will not be returned on or after April 1, 2023.
